Many photographers think photographing children is just a question of making them smile and snapping away. Although this approach is fine, I like to try something a little different.

I try to represent children not just as sweet little bundles of fun but as developing sight, smell, touch, emotion-hungry little bundles of fun. Photographing children is a privilege, a wonderful window into the early stages of life.

I am more than happy to travel to your home as this is usually more relaxing for parents and children, especially if they are very young. I will never force something that is not happening. The enjoyment of the session is as important for me as the end result. Child photography is about connection, patience, timing and emotion; very much like wedding photography and dance photography. Even corporate photography demands these qualities.

I am fully insured, CRB checked, calm, dedicated and I love my job {lucky me, hey? ;) }
